Henrik Wager

Henrik Wager was born in Manchester and educated at Manchester Grammar School. Since graduating with Batchelor of Arts with Honours in Music, Drama and Dance at the University of Birmingham and practical distinction at the Birmingham School of Performing Arts he worked extensively in London as a singer in both studio for Andrew Lloyd Weber, Film (Cousin Bette) and live working diversely with Jose Carreras, Marty Pellow, Mike Doyle TV shows and live music comedy with Richard Thomas (Jerry Springer Opera). He has toured with different acts including the acapella group “Flying Pickets” and has performed throughout the world on TV and shared the stage with many Artists including Manhatten Transfer, Ray Charles and Art Garfunkel, Gary Moore, Joe Zawinul and Maceo Parker

He has lived also in Germany establishing himself as a singer and songwriter in the entertainment business with Max Mutske, Stefan Raab, Ayman, Stefanie Heinzmann, Tape Five, and co-writing and performing with Germanys best know TV band “The Heavytones”.

His Musical credits include, Edgar Allan Poe in “Poe”, Jesus in “Jesus Christ Superstar”, Dr Jekyll in “Jekyll and Hyde”, Frederick Trumper in “Chess” and Berger in “Hair”.
